I wanted to migrate from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on my 2021 gaming PC since Windows 10 would no longer be supported after October 2025. After interacting with Newegg (where I had purchased the computer), Velztorm (the company that put the PC together), and ASUS (the motherboard manufacturer), I was not confident that I would be able to successfully make the switch myself. I got quotes to make the switch, and Low Price Computer Service had the lowest quote (and had all 5-star reviews). I dropped my computer off with Tolga, and within a few hours, he had completed the switch.

My LG Gram Laptop screen broke. It was bent and damaged pretty badly. Tolga quoted and ordered the part right away once I approved it. The repair turnaround time was so quick. I was so grateful he worked over Thanksgiving weekend. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone. If I ever need any other repairs, he will be the first contact I make.

My keypad was not working. He did a free diagnostic testing and repaired my keypad within the hour. Great service. Great price.

I found the website a bit difficult to navigate but what a treasure when I got there!! Mr. Demir is personable, knowledgeable and very skilled! The computer was repaired in a day and the results were fantastic The pricing was extremely reasonable.I highly recommend this small business and I will return for all of my technology needs.
Mr. Tolga is a very experienced gentleman, and his prices are truly reasonable, I gave him my laptop to repair a problem I had with the charging port, he fixed my laptop and has enhanced several other things for no extra cost. I am definitely having Mr. Tolga as my primary repair tech.
I had a power supply go bad on a computer I needed for work. Tolga was available that day to take it and diagnose the problem and do repairs that day. He also found a couple other minor issues that he said could wait (wasn't pushy at all), but I decided to go ahead and have him repair them as well. He got it all done and back to me in under 24 hours at a very reasonable price. He was also very friendly. Highly recommend. I will use him again in the future for any computer repair needs.
Tolga was very friendly and courteous. My motherboard and GPU has water damage when I took it for the repair to see if anything could be done. Tolga promised to not charge a fee if he couldn't fix it. Unfortunately there was corrosion and it was beyond repair. He didn't charge me anything for it.

I sought out Tolga with Low Cost Computer Service after reading reviews from his prior customers. A 15 month old Dell laptop stopped receiving a charge via the included power cable and he offered to provide a free assessment, confirming the worst possible outcome - a failed component on the motherboard. While the laptop is only a few months out of warranty, I have information necessary to lodge a complaint with Dell in hopes for less expensive resolution. Should Dell not work with me on this problem, I would definitely consider Togla for repairs on this and other devices going forward. He is very responsive, timely, and willing to explain things in a manner anyone can understand.

I had a software issue that wouldn't allow my computer to boot up. I called in the late evening thinking I would leave a message when Tolga picked up the phone. We discussed my issue and he quoted me a price depending on circumstances. 24 hours later my computer was running, files were saved, and my computer ran like new. Had a no display issue with my new gaming PC. I literally removed and seated everything back with no luck whatsoever. It was frustrating. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Tolga a chance, and this man literally fixed everything in the same day. He also Tightened all loose screws and gave me a couple pointers. If I could rate higher than 5, I would! Tolga is super smart and efficient. He repaired our Mac desktop in an hour. We spent more time on the phone than that with Apple about the problem with no solution. I recommend ANYONE in the area to use Tolga for their computer repairs.

Absolutely 5 star service from beginning to end. Tolga is a true professional and was able to diagnose the issue with my sons laptop. He was able to remove the faulty ssd and replace with much better. Quick turn around time and extremely affordable. Will definitely be taking any future devices needing service here.
