Brought my old laptop to Tolga on a Saturday he worked very hard to save the old windows seven machine but it was too far gone. He transfered all of my data and gave me an awesome deal on a new to me HP elite at an amazing price. I then took my son's gaming pc to him and he got the bug out and brought it back to life as well. Don't waste your time on some of these rip pc repair places I got so lucky finding Low cost computer service trust me if you are having computer problems you will not be disappointed Tolga is an awesome person I am a truck driver with crazy hours he was very accommodating and does fantastic work at a great price thank you very happy with my experience and service I received .

I wanted to migrate from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on my 2021 gaming PC since Windows 10 would no longer be supported after October 2025. After interacting with Newegg (where I had purchased the computer), Velztorm (the company that put the PC together), and ASUS (the motherboard manufacturer), I was not confident that I would be able to successfully make the switch myself. I got quotes to make the switch, and Low Price Computer Service had the lowest quote (and had all 5-star reviews). I dropped my computer off with Tolga, and within a few hours, he had completed the switch.
Tolga was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Tolga was also very patient with me as I had a couple of follow-up questions after the switch. I highly recommend Low Cost Computer Service!

My LG Gram Laptop screen broke. It was bent and damaged pretty badly. Tolga quoted and ordered the part right away once I approved it. The repair turnaround time was so quick. I was so grateful he worked over Thanksgiving weekend. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone. If I ever need any other repairs, he will be the first contact I make.

Had my screen repaired here a week ago and there is debris under it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I thought it was dirty but now realize this is an amateur repair place.

I had a power supply go bad on a computer I needed for work. Tolga was available that day to take it and diagnose the problem and do repairs that day. He also found a couple other minor issues that he said could wait (wasn't pushy at all), but I decided to go ahead and have him repair them as well. He got it all done and back to me in under 24 hours at a very reasonable price. He was also very friendly. Highly recommend. I will use him again in the future for any computer repair needs.

Tolga was very friendly and courteous. My motherboard and GPU has water damage when I took it for the repair to see if anything could be done. Tolga promised to not charge a fee if he couldn't fix it. Unfortunately there was corrosion and it was beyond repair. He didn't charge me anything for it.

I will definitely go back to him for anything else in the future.

I sought out Tolga with Low Cost Computer Service after reading reviews from his prior customers. A 15 month old Dell laptop stopped receiving a charge via the included power cable and he offered to provide a free assessment, confirming the worst possible outcome - a failed component on the motherboard. While the laptop is only a few months out of warranty, I have information necessary to lodge a complaint with Dell in hopes for less expensive resolution. Should Dell not work with me on this problem, I would definitely consider Togla for repairs on this and other devices going forward. He is very responsive, timely, and willing to explain things in a manner anyone can understand.

I had a software issue that wouldn't allow my computer to boot up. I called in the late evening thinking I would leave a message when Tolga picked up the phone. We discussed my issue and he quoted me a price depending on circumstances. 24 hours later my computer was running, files were saved, and my computer ran like new. Had a no display issue with my new gaming PC. I literally removed and seated everything back with no luck whatsoever. It was frustrating. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Tolga a chance, and this man literally fixed everything in the same day. He also Tightened all loose screws and gave me a couple pointers. Cost was definitely fair, and better than most PC repair shops. You need proper computer service, Tolga is the perfect choice. You will not be disappointed.

Had some software problems that needed to be resolved which were preventing me from using SKYPE, an internal battery that needed to be replaced and he did some other maintenance without being asked.

Exceeded any of my expectations, price was more than reasonable and fair.

I will be having do some work on my other laptop in a few weeks.
